Anita Barone

Barone appeared in the fourth-season Seinfeld episode The Shoes as Gail Cunningham a chef who wanted Elaine Benes shoes. Barone was one of the cast members on Carol & Company, starring with Carol Burnett in the early 1990s. Barone also played Carol Willick Ross Geller's ex-wife during her first appearance on Friends. Jane Sibbett replaced her after she left to take on a full-time job. Barone appeared in The Jeff Foxworthy Show in the initial season (from 1995-96) as well as on The War at Home between 2005 between 2005 and the year 2007. Barone appeared on The War at Home with Daddio in the year 2000. Barone is also credited on TV, which include Desperate Houswives Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. Barone won the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award 2004 in recognition of her work in the film One Last Ride. The following year, three years after The War at Home ended its run Barone started her role as a recurring character for the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up in the role of Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. The actor who plays Barone's husband Matthew Glave guest starred in two episodes of Shake It Up as J.J. Jones his ex-husband Barone's character.
